How to Win

• Create a complete fic of 750 words or less, inspired by the current weekly prompt. A complete fic is one that has a beginning, middle, and end. It can be read alone, without prior knowledge or consumption of any other work (except for canon, of course).

• Post it to the comm during the prompt round (approx Monday 00:00 - Sunday 23:59 UTC/GMT). Members may create their own post, non-members and nonny's must post in the comments of the corresponding prompt post.

• Use the post template.

What's the Prize?

You get winner icons!

Winners, grab your icon/s! Wear them with pride! (This runs on the honesty system.)

(If anyone would like to make additional winner icons, we would be very happy to host them here, aka_vamp is many things, a graphic designer is not one of them.)

You get an author tag!

Request your author tag if it hasn't already been created.

(Author tag can be your preferred name, for example, mine would be 'author: vamp' - let me know if you want it changed)

Once you've won at least once, you can use your author tag on all your 750 entries :)

You get on the winners list!

The closing post of every round includes a winners list. Get on the list!

You get epic bragging rights!

Writing a complete fic in 750 words or under is not an easy task. If you can do it, you should be incredibly proud of yourself. Shout it from the rooftops!
